Take training to another level with heart rate training. Strap on a Polar Training Computer and monitor your
heart rate intensity as you spin on a spinning bike. Let us bring you through the experience of working out in
different heart rate zones.
In conjunction with Shape Run 2009, an all-women race, Understanding Intensity In Your Workout is a
workshop by Polar to teach you all about heart rate training. The session will start off with an informative talk
on heart rate monitoring followed by hands-on session where you get to strap on a heart rate monitor and put
theories into action. Experience working out in various heart rate zones during the spinning session and be
amazed with the art of heart rate technology. All in all, Polar aims to help you train better for your race.
The speaker-cum-trainer is Adrian Mok, General Manager of Polar Electro Singapore, a veteran endurance athlete himself.
