With the more demanding challenges in MH Urbanathlon 2011, do you find yourself unsure on how to go about training for the obstacles? Need some tips, advice and training sessions to get you going? \Join our first session of the 3 bootcamps where you train you on your aerobic fitness. Moderate intensity to prep you for session 2 on the following week.
