I Need To Keep My Heart Rate Between My Lower And Upper Limit -Clyde Ervin (USA)

I have had a quad bypass and am currently taking Toprol to keep my heart rate down. It is imperitive that I keep my heart rate between it's lower and upper limits. I do not do excessive exercise but I walk a couple miles a day and ride my Trec as often as I can. I just feel more confident when I can see my heart rate anytime I want.
