I've training in gym for the past 5 years with no visible results to loose excess weight and improve fitness.
In Apr 2010 i decided to get Polar personal trainer and got FT60 and started training setting targets to loose weight and improve fitness. I was 83kilos and 3 months training with polar training programs i weigh 71 in July 2010. That's a loss of 12 kgs in 4months. Apart from loosing weight I was able to build muscles and improve my fitness level significantly. I still continue with polar to maintain my fitness level. Awesome product great results.
